Refund policy

If you desire to make a return, please call us to receive a Return Authorization Number.ย  You can contact the shop atย 248.885.8746 between 10am-6pm Monday - Saturday or email us atย info@barbarabozboutique.com.

For full refund, we will accept returns on any non-sale, unworn item(s) within 5 days of the arrival date of your order.ย  This means that for any returned item, the return ship date must not be longer than 5 days following the arrival date.ย  After 5 days, returns will be accepted for store credit only.

For exchanges, we will accept exchanges on any non-sale, unworn item(s) within 30 days of the arrival date of your order.ย  This means that for any exchange item, the return ship date must not be longer than 30 days following the arrival date.ย  We recommend that you call the shop shortly after receipt to discuss any exchange prior to shipping so that we may discuss options.

For store credits, we will issue a store credit on any non-sale, unworn item(s) returned within 30 days of the arrival date of your order. ย This means that the return ship date must not be longer than 30 days following the arrival date.

All Sale items are final and may not be returned.

Returns are shipped at the customerโ€™s expense. We recommend that you insure the package and receive a tracking number. Refunds, exchanges or store credits are issued after goods are received and inspected.

We quality control-check each item before shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange the return and replacement of that item.ย
